(Valid photo I.D required upon arrival) *NO I.D = NO SERVICE Types of I.D’s we accept: •State Issued photo I.D •Passport (photo required) •Military photo I.D ❗️Ages under 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian & must provide the following documents in order to be serviced: •Minors School Photo I.D or Photo Passport/ State issued I.D. •Parent or Guardians Photo I.D •Minors Birth Certificate *the parent/guardians name must match birth certificate* **ALL 3 DOCUMENTS LISTED ABOVE ARE A MUST IN ORDER TO BE SERVICED. ** All Appointments scheduled are performed by the piercer you select durning scheduling. Appointment times include any necessary anatomical consultations and time to select jewelry and fill out paperwork. Please be on time, we provide 8 minutes extra for arrival. If you are passed or over 8 minutes we will have to cancel the appointment and will be charged a 50% cancellation fee (As our piercers have other appointments to attend) For Tooth Gem Clients The amount of your deposit will be applied to the cost of your service at the time of your appointment. If you need to cancel, you will lose your deposit ** (this is to save our artists time// cost of set ups) ** The deposit is non-refundable. *IF YOU FAIL TO BRING YOUR I.D., Show up passed the 8 minutes, Or any of the following above. The appointment will be automatically canceled & the cancellation fee will not be refundable for time wasted. *Please see our booking policies. Please call us at (915) 305-9445 with any questions. 😃 If you suspect you are sick, or have been in contact with anyone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14-days we kindly ask that you DO NOT schedule a piercing or come into the studio. We cannot pierce those that are suffering from any acute health conditions, such as colds, flu, or anything similar. Being sick makes it more likely to have complications with a new piercing. Coming to the studio when you’re sick could also expose our staff & other guests.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
**The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, you will lose your deposit. This also applies to those who fail to comply with our policies such as bringing children to appointments, showing up over 8 minutes late or forgetting your photo ID. If you need to cancel call us at (915) 305-9445 or refer back to the confirmation email. DO NOT EMAIL US. CALLS ONLY- Keep in mind the deposit is so that our piercers do not waste their time.
